These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of all gold, diamond, and luxury jewellery items from VIP Jewellery (vipjewl.com). By confirming an order, you agree to these commercial terms in full.

1. Order Acceptance & Verification

Upon placing an order, an automated order confirmation will be dispatched to your registered email. An order becomes legally binding only upon payment authorization and our subsequent shipment confirmation. VIP Jewellery reserves the right to cancel or decline any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraud suspicion.

2. Insured UAE Shipping & Delivery

We provide secure, fully insured premium courier delivery across all seven Emirates of the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah):

• Standard Delivery: Delivered within 1 to 3 business days across the UAE.
• Security Protocol: Deliveries require the recipient's signature and physical Emirates ID or valid passport verification upon receipt of valuable jewellery consignments.

3. Payment Methods & Security

We accept secure payments through authorized UAE banking channels, including:

• Major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
• Local UAE Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• All card transactions are processed through encrypted 3D-Secure payment gateways complying with international PCI-DSS standards.

4. Authenticity & Warranty

Each precious piece is accompanied by a VIP Jewellery Certificate of Authenticity certifying the gold karat (18K, 21K, 22K, or 24K) and diamond specifications. We provide a lifetime warranty covering authentic material purity against manufacturing defects.

5. Force Majeure

VIP Jewellery shall not be held liable for any delays or delivery failures resulting from events beyond our control, including natural catastrophes, severe weather, governmental actions, or transport disruptions.
