Order Cancellation Rights
You can cancel your order within 7 days from the date you received the goods.
To request cancellation, contact us by email: vipjewellers@outlook.com.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
- The goods must be in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Perishable or expired items.
- Opened hygiene-related products.
- Items inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
Only regular-priced goods can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable, unless required by law.
Returning Goods

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return.
If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves first, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
